As a Commercial Operations Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our commercial operations. You’ll be the approachable, professional first point of contact for partner queries, making sure our venues and clients always have a seamless and positive experience.
Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll help keep our systems accurate, processes efficient, and communications clear. A key part of the role will include light financial administration — such as checking invoices, updating records, and following up on straightforward payment queries — so confidence with numbers and attention to detail are important. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to enhance their skills in operations, partner support, and client communication within a fast-growing company.
Be the first point of contact for partner and client queries, providing information or directing them to the right person.
Assist with updating records, documents, and partner details to keep everything accurate and up to date.
Support onboarding by helping partners complete necessary forms and documentation.
Help with simple financial administration tasks, such as updating invoices, logging information, and checking details.
Follow up with venues and clients on outstanding information or payments in a professional, approachable way.
Maintain clear records of communications and updates in our systems.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve queries quickly and ensure a smooth partner journey.
Escalate any persistent or complex issues to the appropriate team member.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bring experience in administration, customer support, or account coordination roles.
Are confident, polite, and professional handling queries over phone and email.
Are comfortable doing straightforward financial admin (updating invoices, checking payment details, etc.).
Have a keen eye for detail and a highly organised approach to your work.
Are proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable taking responsibility.
Enjoy collaborating across departments and being part of a supportive team.
Have experience working with partners, suppliers, or clients in a fast-paced environment.
Are confident in using systems to maintain accurate records.
Have an interest in the events industry and supporting its growth.
